the effects of the bonecharms arnt random, but what one you will get is.The exact bonecharms found in any given location are randomly selected. And like, I don't even care about 100% missions - I always fail on the coin part - but given that I'm playing Very Hard/No Kills/No Powers/No Detect, poor lil Em needs all the help she can get. Like maybe put a rune, or nothing at all, up there for someone doing 'No Powers', and put the black bonecharm with Granny Rags' things.
